Returns & Exchanges

At Murhaf Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following warranty and return options:                                                  

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

• Delivery Fee: For orders within Kuwait, a delivery fee of 2.5 KD is required for returns or exchanges. This fee covers the cost of picking up the item from your location and delivering the replacement (if applicable). In case of damaged items, we will cover the delivery fees.

• Shipping Costs: For international orders, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm the damage, we will process a refund or exchange as requested. In case of damaged items, we will cover the shipping fees.
